The situation
Chronotruck, a Transport Management System later acquired by Ceva Logistics, needed additional senior engineering capacity embedded directly within their existing product team, rather than a separate outsourced workstream.
What we did
– Placed our developer as a long-term consultant within Chronotruck’s team
– Worked as part of an 8-person engineering team
– Delivered core API development
– Delivered frontend development

The mission ran for 2 years and concluded successfully, spanning Chronotruck’s acquisition by Ceva Logistics.
