The situation
MyJob.mu, Mauritius’s leading recruitment platform, was running on an aging monolithic .NET system that limited how fast the product could evolve. The client needed both a full technical migration and a genuine product upgrade – not just a like-for-like port to new infrastructure.
What we did
- Migrated the entire platform from .NET/MSSQL to a Symfony/MySQL architecture, with zero data loss
- Built a redesigned Job Board
- Built a custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Built an Employee Management System (EMS)
- Digitalised MyJob’s internal operations
- Integrated generative AI directly into the product

MyJob.mu remains an active client, with our team continuing to build and maintain the platform.
